Finally added new photos, taken in spring by an O.C. photographer, Tim Trace, who I met through craigslist. He arranged for me, the kimono dresser, the model, Itoko (who had done kimono modeling in Japan, and the make-up artist, a friend of his from church. He's a really stand-up guy and I need to meet up with him to get a CD of the photoshoot. Eventually.

:gallery: Thank you all for the comments. I really do thrive on photographic critiques. It's getting rather tough to fit both the Greek and English words onto the titles, so I'm guilty of dropping some of the excess vowels if you don't say them. Greek dictation is tricky like that. I do posess a modicum of Greek speaking ability, though I've mostly studied it and Latin. I hope to take Russian next semester, so that will be very interesting to see what Cyrillic I recognize from Greek already. It's just the Russian word endings that really throw me off. Well, here I go, Deviantart. I've been taking photographs for almost two years now, a leftover habit one acquires from dating a boy with a digital camera. I'd like to think I've surpassed such primitive artistry and obsolete tools. I'm a senior in college, studying Anthropology with emphasis in Archaeology. My minor is in Classics, so I jumped at a chance to visit Crete, Athens, and Delphi in May. Photography is mostly a hobby and vaguely work related - I'm photo editor on my school's yearbook.
